Azure VM Live Migration Alert Setup

I am looking for solution when vm unplanned maintenance occur in azure. I have couple of vm in my azure account, sometime vm is automatically paused for 5 sec due to which i am not able to access it. then i have to reboot it then it will start working again,

Now i am looking for a solution which will inform we in advance before the live migration. Do we have any way to setup alert ot something.

Note : My application doesnt support AV solution.

    There are several types of maintenance that can happen. If there is unplanned maintenance, then it is not possible to get notification. Please see our detailed blog post explaining this and how to minimize the impact to your VMs. Demystifying Azure VM Maintenance: A practical guide to minimizing disruptions.
