Microsoft Authentificator not showing any code

Hello, I'm trying to sign in to my Microsoft Office account, and then I'm prompted to enter this number in the app, but nothing appears. When I open my account in the app I don't even have the code that refreshees every minute. This is what I see: Could you please help me?

  1. I also have the latest version.
  2. Alternate versions are not displayed, I have to use the app.
  3. My employee recently upgraded my plan, maybe that will help. I was thinking about deleting the app, but the app is warning that I will lose access to files.
