Recover SharePoint Data from Expired Office 365 Business Basic Subscription

I urgently require immediate assistance regarding the recovery of all data in my SharePoint service in my account with the business email address: "dukendelmo@da8ict.onmicrosoft.com". The account was provided to me by our organization's ICT administrator through our Office 365 Business Basic subscription with the domain name "da8ict.onmicrosoft.com", which was effective from May 29, 2023, to May 28, 2024.

At the time of writing, 4 months has elapsed from its expiration, and on September 26, 2024, I lost access to my SharePoint site and organization-critical data. It is therefore imperative that said data gets recovered in the soonest possible time to avoid permanent deletion by Microsoft's servers.

Our ICT personnel who has the administrator account for the subscription, is currently on leave and won't be able to login at the admin portal (aka.ms/mac365) and create a support ticket for nearly a week. Therefore I'm left to figure a way to avail customer support on my own.

I hope for your help in the soonest time possible. Thank you.

PS: In this forum thread (https://community.spiceworks.com/t/restoring-deleted-sharepoint/1092639/6) I found encouraging information from user Techcreeb that someone in my situation can "open a ticket from your Microsoft tenant and ask Microsoft if your SharePoint Metadata can be recovered from a backup datacenter in another region". What are your thoughts on this?

If your subscription expires, it goes through the following stages: Expired / Disabled / Deleted. The Expired stage starts immediately after the subscription has reached its end date.

Due to your subscription expires more than four months, so admin cannot restore the data that was associated with the deleted subscription.

I suggest you contact Microsoft Customer Support Services (CSS) via telephone so that a dedicated Support Professional can assist you in a more efficient manner. As a reminder, you might be charged for phone support service. Please go to the website to find related number and call it to create a new Phone Service Request to Microsoft Phone Support team.
