What are these lines appearing at the taskbar? I need help.

I can't figure out if it's an issue with Windows 10 or my monitor, so i tried updating the display adapter driver. Nothing worked, no matter what i tried, i need help, please!

The darkest image of my taskbar is when i screenshot using the sniping tool (Windows Button + Shift + S), as you can see no lines when i screenshot using sniping tool.
In the image of the weather, you can very clearly see a line(s) forming at the taskbar. The brighter pictures were taken by phone, and you can very clearly see the lines. Please, i would love to receive help. Thank you!

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

According to your description, the line only shows on your phone shot photo, it should be the problem of your monitor.

You could use some monitor screen detection tools, or many monitors have a built-in self-test feature refer to your monitor’s manual to see how to run this test.
