Access issues on some files with local account on my PC

Hello,

I am administror on my computer and created a local account for another user (let's call it Suzy).

When I log with Suzy, I cannot open some files (mainly PDF or O365 files) because of a denied access.

So, as Administror, I checked all the access were granted from main folder with full permission & control (through Security tab then Advanced option). I even added Suzy user in the list of users to specifically set up full control.

But nothing changes (after reboot / reconnection) and Suzy still cannot access those files.

What could I do ?
