I catch error when disabling "OpenSourceRelationalDatabases" plan in Defender for Cloud.

Azure Security Center requires certain permissions to perform actions on behalf of the subscription. If those permissions are not granted, you'll see the "AuthorizationFailed" error.

Please check the following:

Make sure that the account you're using has the necessary permissions to perform this action. This could be a role like "Owner", "Contributor", or a custom role with the necessary permissions.
