kubernetes resource quota

when I tried to create kubernetes cluster in AKS with single node. I am getting the below error. The same error with free account or pay-as-you-go subscriber.

PrePreflight validation check for resource(s) for container service cube-demo in resource group RG_CUBE failed. Message: Insufficient regional vcpu quota left for location westeurope. left regional vcpu quota 0, requested quota 824855010440. Details:  (Code: ErrCode_InsufficientVCPUQuota)

    The error message indicates that there is not enough vCPU quota available in the west Europe region to deploy your container service. You will need to request an increase in the vCPU quota for the west Europe region to resolve this issue.

    Since you are on a paid plan and your regional CPU limit is low, you can request a quota increase to raise your VM vCPU limit. Please note that this is subject to availability in each region. Therefore, your best option is to request a quota increase here, which can be done at no additional charge.

    You can increase the quota limit through a free support request in Azure.
