Hello everyone, I created my virtual desktop with my Onedrive silent start policies, but I see that all my Office 365 applications, such as Outlook, Teams and OneDrive, ask me to enter my password every day, every time I log in to my virtual desktop, it asks me for my password and my mfa.

Recently, I added the mfa for avd, based on this document: https://learn.microsoft.com/es-es/azure/virtual-desktop/set-up-mfa?tabs=avd, I created it as mentioned, only at the end I added this part:

Open the policy you created previously.

Under Access controls > Session, select 0 controls selected.

In the Session pane, select Sign-in frequency.

Select Periodic : Every time

These conditions would affect the Office applications within my virtual machine

    Hello @Juan Pablo Delgadillo Martinez

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A platform

It depends which resource apps were selected in the CA policy. If they only applied the policy to the AVD apps, then it should not impact office. You will want to enable SSO for the connection so the MFA claims of the user can transfer into the session and meet your M365 MFA requirements.

Let me know if you have any queries.
