how can i access my certificate? can it be emailed to me ?

Hello,

I had my Microsoft dynamics exam 2days ago, It doesn't appear on my account I can't access my certificate. Can it be emailed to me? also I have duplicates account and will like to merge the accounts.

Can I get a Virtual assistant support?
