After reinstalling the app and logging in, I couldn't find anything from the backup so I accessed the settings and clicked on Cloud Backup (not trying to enable it using the toggle button but was trying to get more details on that), this took a backup of the empty app.After finding out that I have to go through the remote process instead of logging in directly, I reinstalled the app and went through that process but it didn't help. Is there a way to retrieve the data?
