desktop loker please enter a password to unlock

Hi All,

after login into the active directory. i'm seeing the enclosed screen it's not allowing me to enter the active director server. i have not configured any password for it. please help me out with how to disable the desktop locker.

its not taking login password also

A Group Policy Object (GPO) is a collection of policy settings that can be applied to users, computers, or groups. GPOs can be created and managed using the Group Policy Editor (gpedit.msc) or the Group Policy Management Console (GPMC).
Create a new GPO or edit an existing one that applies to the desired users or computers.

Here suggested creating a new GPO:
GPO Security Filtering allows you to specify computers where the screen lock policy should not apply.

Create a GPO_Deny_Lock_Scree_On security group in AD and add computer accounts that should not lock their screens;

From the GPMC console, select your policy, select the Delegation tab, and click Advanced;

Add the security group you created and set it to Deny in the Apply group policypermission;

Now the screens of the computers in this group will not be locked automatically.

screen I'm getting this in the active directory server as soon as login to the remote desktop only which is Virtual machine in AWS. i do not have option to go to GPO only

Are you using Azure virtual machine or AWS.I see Azure Virtual Machine tag attached.

yes, i'm using Virtual machine with Azure subscription 1(Windows (Windows Server 2022 Datacenter Azure Edition) let me know if you need more info

Thank you for providing information and thank you for your patience while we are reviewing your query.

Is this happening for the initial login for the user or after a password reset has been processed? Please try resetting the password and login with new credentials.
According to my understanding, you have deployed an Active Directory server on a windows virtual machine and you are not able to login to the AD server. Are you logging in through a local account or a Domain joined VM or a Domain Controller.
Ensure you are entering your username in the correct format: domain\username. If you are using just the username, it may default to a local account instead of the domain account.
