How to set up authenticator when not receiving numbers

Question

I am trying to get into a shared teams. I used to have access but it expired. So now when i try signing in, the authenticator with numbers comes up on my computer screen but i don’t see anything in my authenticator app. i used to see an account for berkshire hathaway and mastec for the same email but i no longer see the berkshire one which is what i am trying to get into.
