Change or remove Teams Expiration -option does not show up

Question

I've spent multiple hours poring through various KB articles on what I thought was simple. I want to change or remove an expiration date on a particular team. One KB article points the below out but the options are just not there. In Teams admin I can see an expiry date but I see zero way to manually change it.

There are no policies as far as I can tell on the various teams. I find nothing in PS to do a date change. All I'd like to do is remove the expiry from the Teams that have it. (not all do I'm hoping if the field is blank that team has no expiration.

How can I determine IF a Team has a policy applied to it (which is interfering). Am I needing to tweak policy for the group for each particular team. (documentation is very unclear)

Most of the "answers" below point me to things I"ve looked at.

Posting here means I'm at a dead end. The "talk to your IT admin" is ironic since that's me.
