    Hi,
    For event ID 8193, the issue may be related into VSS.
    You can try the steps in the following link and check if it could help at your side:
    http://woshub.com/volume-shadow-copy-vss-error-eventid-8193/

    For event ID 8197:
    Please check if System Volume Information folder is missed from any partition:
    In Search option, type Folder Options and then click to open.
    In Folder Options, please select View tab. In Advanced settings, click Show hidden files, folders and drivers. Meanwhile, please uncheck Hide
    protected operating system files (Recommended)
    . Then click Yes when you are prompted to confirm the change.
    Then you will be able to find the System Volume Information folder in the root folder.
    By the way, please also right click the System Volume Information folder and select Properties. In Properties, please select Security tab and check if SYSTEM group is added with full control permission.
    And please try the steps in the following link and check if it could help at your side:
    https://blogs.msmvps.com/bradley/2013/09/19/fsrm-cannot-start-with-the-event-id-8197/

    Please check if the system is updated to the latest, if not, please update the server.
    Also check if there's any third-party software running on the server, if yes, please uninstall them and try again.
    If the above doesn’t work, please provide detailed error information or screenshots.

    Thanks for your time!
    Best Regards,
    Mico Mi
