I have Successfully passed the Azure AI 102 exam but I didn't receive any mails.

Question

Today I apperead for the Azure 102 exam and exam started the well, I started to solve the questions and in between I saw Onvue is not responding but I was continuing with exam and successful passed the exam. I got the screen where marks were also given. But I'm not able to see my certification and haven't received any emails too. And I have revceived the refund mail from Onvue also. Could you please look on this and solve this issue ASAP.
