Repetitive tasks+notification

Dear Team,

in our team we started to use MS Teams and I created a group there, however I would have a question regarding Tasks.

We would like to setup reminders as tasks, that means a task that is repetitive on regular basis - Is it possible to do it in MS Teams without further manual intervention? Is it also possible to send notification via e-mail to all persons (where task is assigned to them) and reminding them this task?

    It recommends you create a recurring meeting in Outlook for every task. The meeting information will also sync to Teams calendar and attendees will receive emails. Notification will pop up regularly from Outlook client. For more details about making a meeting recurring, please refer to this article.

    Currently, it has no such solution in Teams. I have created a user voice about this feature. You could vote for it here.
