Will setting rules affect other recipients on Outlook?

I am currently on a company Outlook account (Microsoft Exchange).

If I set a rule that moves specific sender’s emails into a folder, will it affect other recipients of the email? Are they able to view the email normally?

Do you mean that you create an Outlook rule for your personal account in Outlook client?

If so, it will not affect other recipients from viewing the email, as this rule will only apply to your mailbox, and the email will only reach the Inbox in their mailbox.
