My Micro-office isn't working now.

I bought 1-year of Micro-Office Professional Plus 2021 yesterday, but it isn't working now.

#. It used to run fine without any problems, but when I updated it, it said it could only run in safe mode because it had been a long time since I last ran it, and even if I pressed to start, it wouldn't run.

#. When I try to run an application such as Access, it says it cannot be used on this device and does not even run.

#. Even after purchasing and downloading, I cannot create an icon or shortcut.

What error is there?

Have you installed other versions of Office on your computer before? If yes, please make sure the previous one is uninstalled completely.

I suggest you perform an "online repair" for your Office.

Besides, it's recommended to check your Graphics card driver, for example, if your machine has an Intel integrated graphics card, you can try updating its driver or rolling back to an older version.

Change the default printer for a check.
