How can i increase quota in region US est2 ?

While creating kubernetes cluster i am facing this issues

    @Mukesh

    Based on the error message you are receiving it seems that you need additional regional virtual machine vCPU in East US region. You can request this from the portal. The quota should be listed as "Total Regional vCPUs".
