We have a windows server 2019 and we noticed that it restarted twice in a day automatically once at 7AM and second 12PM.

It only started happening after 11 December 2020. I checked the event schedular and saw that there is Volome shadow copy scheduled at the exact same time and when I ran this task, it restarted the server. I re register the VSS but still the issue is there, also checked VSS writes, all are in stable condition. Is there any way to stop this issue ?

Sounds like it may be BSODing I'd check the event logs a little closer.

Probably yes. If you find the stop code something here may help.

I'd check the system is fully patched. I'd also check the server manufacturer's site for the latest firmware, ROM bios, chipset and driver support pack. If the issue continues I'd get the dump logs to the manufacturer. The hardware manufacturer will be your best resource to debug.

You can certainly try but stop errors are almost always hardware / firmware / driver related. Also if this update affects the hardware its likely the hardware manufacturer will know about it.
