Hello everybody, how are u?

So, I use a shared box and I need obtain some information about it.

Some people use a shared box in my company and I´d like to know if via office admin I can to get statistics or reports.

For exemple, know who answer or use more a shared box, maybe had this possibility, insn´t?

    To the best of my knowledge, I am afraid currently there's no such kind of report available in Office 365 admin to get the usage statistics of a shared mailbox.

    Noticed that a suggestion about adding a usage report for shared mailbox has been posted in the Office 365 User Voice forum:
    Add usage report for shared mailbox
    I've just voted for it and add a comment for adding a report to see who send more emails from the shared mailbox. You may also add your vote or comment there. Microsoft are committed to reading the customers' suggestions which would help improve the tenant admininistration features in Office 365.

    Could you please explain more about "Shared Box"? Is it a shared mailbox?
    If so, please refer to "Microsoft 365 Reports in the admin center - Mailbox usage", and the thread "Detailed Usage Report for Shared Mailbox". (Please Note: Since the web site is not hosted by Microsoft, the link may change without notice. Microsoft does not guarantee the accuracy of this information.)

    Besides, tag "office-online-server-general" means technical questions about Office Online Server, if you need to get statistics or reports via Office Admin, it is out of my scope, please contact support for business products.

    tks for replay me, so... I tried to find this way, but, I couldn´t.

    I found only about normals mailboxes. Maybe admin office don´t have this kind of report.

    I´d like only see who send more e-mails from certain shared box. I think that this report isn´t exist in admin office 365.
