licences NO office 365? as a Visio; windows server..

Since Microsoft has only provided Office 365 licenses and access through the products portal, I will need access to the installation media and the old product key to reinstall the operating system...is there any way?

Hello.

If you previously purchased the retail product key, the product key can be transferred. However, if it's an OEM product key, it's associated with the physical server's hardware and can't be transferred.

Regarding how to reinstall the system, follow these steps:

Back up your important data.

Deactivate the product key on this system.

Open Command Prompt as Administrator

Type the following command and press Enter:

• slmgr.vbs /upk (This command will uninstall the product key from your computer)
• slmgr.vbs /cpky (This will clear the product key from the Windows registry)

You can check the activation status by going to Settings > Update & Security > Activation.

Download Windows Server corresponding to the product key from the official website.

Activate with the product key.
