How do I get Azure to deploy a new GitHub Repository created via manual upload of files?

Hi,

Attached is a screenshot of the repository I just created.

What do I need to do to get Azure to deploy this as a Web Application?

I created a workflow file for the option to deploy a static web application to

Pages. Was this a mistake?

I tried running an Action, and I got this error message.

Failed to deploy togithub-pages by **blzone**via Deploy static content to Pages #1

Appreciate any help with this!

Can you please confirm whether you are trying to host your static web app pages on Azure Storage or Azure Static Webapps?

If you are using Azure Static Web Apps, have you followed the documented steps mentioned in the QuickStart tutorial to deploy your static web app? Please note that the instructions may vary based on the framework you are using to develop your application.

If you are using Azure Storage, please let us know so that we can connect you with the respective SME to assist you further.

I did. My question is simple. Not sure why I can't get a clear answer. My code is loaded already into a GitHub Repository. I want Azure to deploy it as a Static Web App. What do I need to do?

Attached is a screenshot. I found a youtube tutorial that has CLEAR Directions. I am getting these errors when I try and run your generated Workflow File so that Azure can deploy my Static Website. What is wrong?

Again, I am getting these errors when I try and deploy Static Content to Pages. See the Attachment. My Account is the free Account. Has this feature been disabled recently for free Accounts?
