How often usage details update on www.microsoftazuresponsorships.com and is there any API to track usage automatically for Microsoft Sponsorship subscriptions?

As per MS documentation - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cost-management-billing/costs/understand-cost-mgt-data?formCode=MG0AV3#cost-and-usage-data-updates-and-retention usage details are updated multiple times a day. The estimated charges for the current billing period are updated six times per day. Each update is cumulative and includes all the line items and information from the previous update.

As for tracking usage automatically, there isn't a specific API dedicated to Microsoft Sponsorship subscriptions. However, you can use the Azure Cost Management APIs to track usage and expenditures for Azure resources. These APIs can help you monitor and manage your cloud usage and spending effectively.
