How to track changes to a learning path or module?

I was going back over my notes and looking at the MS-900 course which I know I completed the training for, and noticed that one of the modules was now incomplete, I had a look and one of the modules that I completed had been replaced with a different one.

The content is vaguely related to the same thing, but has a totally different focus.

[Describe the compliance management capabilities in Microsoft Purview] is now [Describe the data compliance solutions of Microsoft Purview]

But it now does not talk at all about the same things that it used to?

I am now not sure if the old module is outdated? Is the information redundant? Why was this changed?

Is there a changelog of what has been added or removed from a course?
