Seeking for approval to reschedule my exam

Question

I had my azure 900 micro soft exam on Sep 25th. Due to some issues(I have provided paper copy of ID for verification which i was unaware totally and I don't have any original ID's at that time with me so the proctor suggested that they will reschedule the exam). Since I don't hear anything further and i have raised a case #11967074 they said they want approvals from micro soft to reschedule the exam. Kindly provide your approval to reschedule my exam.
