Lost Microsoft Authenticator Codes

Good morning, I present my problem in the hope that someone can help me.

I had to forcefully reset my phone and thus lost all the codes contained in Microsoft Authenticator, I don't remember if the backup was active, the additional problem is that I may have overwritten the backup with the new access, because I did not log in following the correct procedure. Now I find myself locked out of very important accounts for months with no possibility of recovering them. I have already contacted technical support who kindly redirected me to various addresses and then disappeared... I wanted to ask if anyone has had a similar problem and how I should proceed in this case.
