How can I add Microsoft Fabric application api permission under my app registration?

I am trying to trigger a Microsoft Fabric Notebook via Power Automate HTTP request, however during the creation of app registration and adding an application API permission for fabric, I cannot see any. I only saw Power BI Services which only has delegated API. So I'm not able to generate a proper access token to trigger my notebook.
