error when login into MS Azure portal, error message "we couldn't find an account with that username"

Our main administrative account for Azure subscription service is not recognized when attempting to log in. We cannot access billing, we cannot reactivate subscription, we cannot contact support... it's very frustrating.

We are still being charged for the service (the charge has been posted on our account just yesterday) , but cannot access it.

Please help reactivate our account and subscription service and access billing.
