Hello everyone 👋,
We use Azure DevOps Boards to manage client projects.

We have added custom fields that allow us to calculate the budgets of our projects.

We use money from tasks going up the tree, and using rollup sum fields, we see the money of the projects. When issues or bugs arise, we want to use minus values of direct costs in tasks to see how much money we lose if our projects are performed poorly and require rework. Unfortunately, it is not possible to sum up minus values in the budget field; we always have zero, and in the rollup sum fields, we do not see how much money we have lost on the project.

How can we solve this issue?
