Does Microsoft have an approval code from the Chinese government for the map within Power BI?

In order to display a map to users within China, the map apparently is supposed to have an approval code from the Chinese government to assure the map meets China standards. I am wondering if the map available within Power BI has such an approval code, and, if so, can Microsoft please share it with me?

    There are a couple different maps available in Power BI out of the box, but those of us answering questions on the forums do not have visibility into any of the approvals. We do know that China requires specific approvals for Maps used within China so if the map is not working, it is likely not through those approvals.
