Hi,
I accidentally deleted the 2FA and now i am locked out of my admin account.
This is the only account i have for the organization. I did not setup any other auth method.
I made several attempts for phoning, however finally it either hungs up the line or telling me to open support incident online.
So, how to get in touch with MS being a customer? There isnt a single email nor direct phone number to speak with someone?
What is going on?
Should i send a letter to the head office in 2024?
