A Microsoft offering that enables tracking of cloud usage and expenditures for Azure and other cloud providers.
Hello @Jeremy Bersntein Thank you for reaching out to us!
It sounds like you redeemed Azure credits through the Microsoft Hub using your LinkedIn account, but you are not seeing the credits applied to your Azure account.
Ensure that the Azure account you redeemed the credits to is the same one you intended to use. Sometimes, if you have multiple accounts (like personal and organizational), the credits might have been applied to a different one.
After redeeming the credits, you should have received a confirmation email from Microsoft. This email usually contains details about the credits, including the account they were applied to.
Go to the Microsoft Hub and log in with the same LinkedIn account you used to redeem the credits. Navigate to the Benefits tab and look for the Azure sponsorship benefits section. Verify if the credits are listed as redeemed.
If problem persist, create a support request from Microsoft Hub/Founders Hub portal to connect with support professionals to assist you further with this issue.
Regarding your question about applying the credits to your Azure Government account, Credits are typically tied to the specific Azure account and may not automatically transfer to a Government account. Once your Azure Government account is approved, contact Azure Support to ask if your existing credits can be applied to your new Azure Government account. Go to the Azure portal, click on the Help + Support section, and create a new support request.
