Copilot not working, keeps asking me to verify age?

Copilot was working fine before I updated it and now its asking me to verify my age when I do it nothing happens so I reopen it in a new tab and it keeps happening it has been like this for 2 days can anyone help me I am 13+ in age but under 18 does that affect it?
