Wsus update superseded on server 2019

 I see WSUS update october 2024 found this banner  massage "the update supersedes another update"  but security patch september 2024 not show banner supersedes .  What problem with the specific KB of October ?

    A superseded update means a newer update has replaced an older one, often incorporating its fixes and improvements.improvements.

    • Supersedence: This occurs when a newer update replaces an older one. If the October update supersedes the September update, it should automatically replace it.
