Can I use Microsoft Authenticator exclusively as authentication application in Office 365 without giving the option to use another one?

When my O365 users access the Security Information in their Microsoft account through https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info, they can add new authentication methods, among them the “Authentication Application” method, when the user selects this option they get the option of “I want to use another authentication application”. This allows users to configure MFA extensions installed in browsers as authentication application.

Is there any way in the administration console to stop users from getting this message so that they only use the Microsoft Authenticator application as an authentication application?
