Why am I seeing charges for Azure pipelines when I've deleted my organization in DevOps and have disassociated my subscription? I've also deleted all RGs and yet I'm still being charged more than $8 a day. I was only trying to learn Azure DevOps. And I can't get ANYONE on a phone call to help me.

    Hi ,

Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

    • Navigate to Cost Management + Billing in the Azure Portal and filter by service name (Azure DevOps) or resource type (Pipelines, Artifacts, etc.) to identify the specific resources incurring charges.
    • If possible, check the Azure DevOps Portal for any running pipelines, jobs, or agents that might still be active. Make sure no background services or jobs are consuming resources.

If in case you are using a paid subscription and not trial, you can reach out Azure billing and subscription management team by creating a billing support request. Billing support request via Azure portal is free for all Azure customers and doesn't require a paid support plan. Please select 'Billing' under 'issue type' while creating the support request.
