Hello,
Since you’ve already run sfc /scannow and it found and repaired corrupt files, it might be beneficial to also run the dism tool. Open Command Prompt as administrator and run the following commands:
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
Look into the Event Viewer logs for any critical errors or warnings that occur leading up to or during the time of the crash/reboot. This can sometimes give you an indication of what is causing the issue.
To access Event Viewer:
Press Win + R, type eventvwr.msc, and hit Enter.
Under Windows Logs, check both the Application and System logs for relevant error entries.
