Urgent Assistance Needed for Microsoft Business Account Recovery- Lost Authenticator App
I am writing to request urgent assistance in recovering access to my business account, as I am currently unable to log in. Unfortunately, I lost my mobile device and no longer have access to the Authenticator app, which is required for two-factor authentication.
While I still have access to my registered mobile number, primary email, and secondary email, the system does not provide an option to verify my identity through these methods. It only prompts me for authentication via the Authenticator app, which I can no longer use.
This account contains important business data, and I need to regain access as soon as possible. Could you please assist me with resetting the two-factor authentication or provide alternative options to verify my identity?
