SCCM is not working...Can't connect to remote computers by Remote

Hi everyone,

We have a SCCM 2012 here in the company I work for, and we're facing some troubles with it. Well, I am completely noob in SCCM. Ok, having said that, here's the scenario:

• All my clients are showed "inactive" in \Assets and Compliance\Overview\Devices:

• Checking logs in Configuration Manager Status Message, I have the following information:

• Browsing in \Monitoring\Overview\System Status\Site Status, this is the scenario:

• Here the information status in *Program Files\Microsoft Configuration Manager\Logs\mpcontrol.log*:

• And, finally, when I try to open http(s)://<ServerName>/sms_mp/.sms_aut?mplist, http(s)://<ServerName>/sms_mp/.sms_aut?mpcert and http://<ServerName>/sms_mp/.sms_aut?MPKEYINFORMATION, I have the 500 error:

Also, I can't connect to any desktop by using Remote Control Viewer...

Well, that is it. I have no idea how can I solve this. Please, I really appreciate any help.
