404 error occurs when you update Office 365 connector url in Microsoft Teams and then send a request to the existing url.

In this case, there is no safe way to update. Shouldn't the existing url be temporarily available as well?

    Hi @박상혁 (Parker)

Teams tag is mainly focused on the general issue of Microsoft Teams troubleshooting. According to your description, your question is related to Teams Development which is not in our support scope. To better help you solve your problem, please add the Teams Development tag to your post. Thanks for your understanding and patience!

The following suggestion is for your reference:

Create connectors for Microsoft 365 Groups

Manage Microsoft 365 connectors and custom connectors

After you update the Office 365 connector URLs in Microsoft Teams, the existing URLs generally won't continue to work. This is because the update process involves reconfiguring the connectors to ensure that they meet the latest security and functionality requirements. If you send requests to the old URLs after the update, you might get 404 errors.

Yes, that’s exactly the solution I am looking for, and it needs to be handled by MS. You mentioned that a redirection should be set up so the previous URL can be temporarily used, but how can the redirection server know the new URL in advance and patch it? After I click the URL update button, there will still be a service disruption until I can patch the new information on my server.
