Unable to complete PL-300 certification exam on Pearson VUE - Stuck during registration
I attempted to take the PL-300 Microsoft Data Analyst Associate exam last Friday through Pearson VUE, but I encountered significant technical issues. Despite passing all the pre-checks (connection, webcam, microphone), the system got stuck at 80% during the registration process and never proceeded.
Additionally, I discovered that Pearson VUE's servers were under maintenance from Friday to Sunday, which made it impossible to retry during that time. Since then, I have tried contacting Pearson VUE multiple times via email, but I have received no assistance, no rescheduling, and no refund.
I am very frustrated and feel stuck in this situation. I have not received any clear response from either Pearson VUE or Microsoft, and I am looking for advice or a solution from anyone who might have faced similar issues or knows how to proceed.
