My MVC website project has two class libraries that can't be loaded in Visual Studio, and both of these libraries have Web.config files. Other classes can be opened because they don't have Web.config files. However, I can open the same project on another machine without any issues. Only my machine has this problem. When I click reload, it shows this error" A project with that name is already opened in the solution."
The error in NuGet doesn't affect anything, as the same error occurs on other machines but they can still load the class libraries. The issue I'm facing is that my two class libraries, QuanTri and SIBoxDotNetFramework, cannot be loaded in Visual Studio 2022

It may be related to warnings about packages with known vulnerabilities.
Please update your package references to the latest version. You can update your packages by right-clicking on project > Manage NuGet Packages > go to the Updates tab to see available updates.

Hello, have you tried to run the VS as administrator?
You can close all running VS instances and manually delete the hidden .vs folder in the project folder.
Then, reload the project.

Have you compared the project files with other machines? Any differences?
And please check if your VS is missing the required workloads or components.

Are you using the latest version of VS2022?

Could you install the VS2019? You can check that the project can be loaded properly in VS2019.

Hello, since the project works on another machine, have you compared the Visual Studio configurations between the two machines?
Does the two class libraries have Web.config files on another machine?
