What site were you actually trying to get to? The link you posted is to an error page so you'd always get that error. You should go back to the original link you were using and try again from there.
My voucher is not working for the payment
Issues with vouchers are handled by MS support. Your post was related to you getting an error. Was this when trying to use your voucher? If so then you'll need to wait until some from MS Support can help you.
