Lost admin access to my azure account

Question

I lost my admin privileges because I accidentally deleted the user from the Azure portal. When I try to log in to Azure with this account, I receive the following error. Could you please assist me with this issue?

Since I lost my admin access, I cannot create a support ticket on portal?
