My name is Jason and I am a tech teacher at Mattawan Later Elementary. We have been locked out accessing Minecraft EE which we login as a district via Azure. The help desk has ignored us for the first 6 weeks of school and we are desperate for someone to help us. In the meantime, 800 students are missing out. I

- Yes, we have already submitted a ticket and it has been crickets. Our students deserve better than this.
