    @Virajsinh Parmar I think you need help getting your certifications linked to your Learn profile. The steps below will probably help, but I may be misunderstanding your question, so feel free to add more details if needed.

    To add your personal Microsoft account to your Learn profile you'll need to:

    1. Log into Learn with your account (sounds like you're using your work ID) and go to settings. Screenshot of the profile/settings menu
    2. On the settings page go to "Account Management" and click on "Add account" Screenshot showing "Account management"
    3. Add your personal Microsoft account.

    After this is complete your account will be linked to both your work and personal accounts. There is value to having both linked to your account, so don't remove your work ID. Now you should be able to see your certifications in your Learn profile.

    If you have more than one Microsoft personal account (MSA) and are trying to change which account your Learn profile is associated with, then you are out of luck. Your Learn account can only be associated with one (MSA). Switching your personal Microsoft account to another personal Microsoft account while retaining your Learn data is not possible.
