Request for Windows 10 1502 Media Creation Tool for 32-bit OS

I have an older laptop from 2007 compatible with Windows 10 and am considering upgrading from Windows 7. However, I prefer not to install the latest Windows 10 versions as they may slow down my laptop. Does anyone have access to the Windows 10 1502 media creation tool for a 32-bit operating system?

    Hi DaPcsMasta,

    I can't find anything about Windows 10 version 1502. The oldest version of Windows 10 is 1507. Please check the release history here.
