I am over 18 years old
I am a student of a world-wide recognized university in a 3 years licensed program of Cybernetics, Statistics and Economical Informatics
I registered using the organization's email on azure portal
I signed up for azure students for the 100USD free credits
It says that I'm not eligible
The only logical conclusion is that you accept in your students program only USA students, or from certain countries, which is a shame. I know Microsoft is at origins it's an american corporation, but since Microsoft opened a lot of centers world-wide, including my country, I find it obvious to include all students of recognized universities in your azure students program

Hello Floares Mihai-Ionut, the subscription is NOT restricted to US-only. Unfortunately, Microsoft doesn't publish the list of colleges that it considers under this program and so, there's no way to verify any specific college. The only thing that I think is missing based on what you have entered above is that you haven't verified your college email address which is a prerequisite. Alternatively, it could be entirely possible that the supplies has run out since they mentioned explicitly in the page that there's a limited supply of activations and the offer is available only while supplies last. See https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/pricing/offers/ms-azr-0170p/
