The clipboard does not copy text. Already tried restarting Windows Explorer. Turned off then on in settings. I can only copy one thing at a time.

    Hi Carmen,

    Thanks for your post. Based on my research, seems this is a known issue in Windows 11. Kindly use the following and see if it works.

    1. [Win + R] to open the Run Window
    2. [services.msc] => [enter]
    3. Click the 'Name' column heading to be sure the items are listed in alphabetical, A to Z.
    4. Scroll down to find the item listed 'Connected Devices Platform Service'
    5. Double-Click the item to open the properties window.
    6. Change the 'Start-up Type' in the drop-down to 'Disabled'. Mine was set to 'Automatic (Delayed)'.
    7. Reboot

    Also, I would suggest you to provide your feedback using Windows 10 feedback app. You can open the Edge, press Shift+Alt+I to feedback the uservoice to the develop team. Thanks a lot for your understanding.

    Best Regards,

    Ian Xue
